Shipping Policy

STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.99 GBP - Free for orders over £30. Delivered within 3-4 working days.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £5.99 GBP - Order before 1PM Monday - Friday for delivery the next working day. Order before 1PM Sunday for delivery on Monday. 

Note: Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude Bank Holidays.

Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order. 

Return & Exchange Policy

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date.

You are responsible for the cost of your returns and can pay for your returns label via our returns portal.

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. We also offer exchanges; you can request an exchange for a different size/colour of a product. *All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable, you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.

This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.

Returns must adhere to the following:

  • In original packaging

  • No signs of wash/wear

  • Tags must not be damaged or removed

  • No stains/hairs/odours

 

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.

Return postage is to be paid by the customer. We do not cover any postage or courier for returns. If you have any questions please contact us at info@sahlldn.com. If you wish to return an item, please email us providing the following information.

- Item name (As written on the website)

- Name

- Address

- Reason for return (faulty, damaged, etc.)

 

- Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number (Royal
Mail Tracked or Special Delivery are advised) and insurance as we are not
responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Returns Terms and Guidelines


-All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or
packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- Please note that due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks and underwear
cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging.
- If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging
layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return
being refused.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
-  Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.

If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package
;RETURNED GOODS; to avoid any customs charges. Sahl London is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 10 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Sahl London warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. You will receive notification from us once we have actioned a refund.
